I have owned several Brita filter jugs over many years. I wouldn't be without it. Amazon's price for this product was very competitive to other high street stores.

The Maxtra is a big improvement over the older version. Easy to rinse and charge before fitting. The overall performance is excellent. The interior of kettles remain virtually lime free (I live in a hard water area) after significant use. The descaling process for our auto coffee machine produces no scale residues at all in the waste water. Overall an excellent product and very worthwhile.
