General Details Framework, floorings and roofs are made of reinforced concrete. Anti-seismic and static study according to the Cyprus Code. Plastering All exterior surfaces are plastered with two layers of plaster and decorated with grafiato (decorative texture) covering. The interior walls are plastered and painted with three coats of emulsion paint. The ceilings are plastered with three layers of plaster and painted with three coats of emulsion paint. Sanitary ware and wall tiles The total cost of the bathrooms, lavatories,basins, kitchen sinks, mixers, good quality accessories and porcelain tiles is: 1 Bedroom Flat: 400 CYP, 2 Bedroom Flat: 500 CYP, 3 Bedroom Flat: 800 CYP, offices andshops : 300CYP. Wooden frames, support the doors and they are fitted with good quality accessories. Electrical installation Complete electrical installation with individual meter for each Flat according to the requirements of the E.A.C (Electricity Authority of Cyprus). Sufficient lighting points and sockets in all rooms. Provision for telephone and TV points. Provisions for Air Conditions in all Rooms. Alterations on specifications and plans The client can ask for alterations on pre-arrangements or on the plans, but the seller is entitled to refuse any alteration that will change the design, character or strength of the buildings. There will be an extra charge depending on the type of alteration(s).
