The house consist of 8 rooms ( 2 rooms – on first and second floor, and 4 rooms on third ), big corridors and 100 sq. m. garden. The house needs some repair and it’s possible to build more floors and transformed it to a little hotel-restaurant with underground parking of 200 sq. m. area.
