Casa Sandra is a very spacious 4 bedroomed detached villa situated in the quiet village of Almádena, approximately 7 kms west of Lagos and 2 kms north of the popular beach resort Luz.

The village of Almádena is approximately a 40 minute drive from the airport and has four restaurants, a small supermarket, several cafés/bars as well as a selection of other shops all within a few minutes walking distance.

The property has been completely refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor comprises a large lounge with air conditioning & wood burner, separate dining room, a well equipped kitchen with two microwaves, hob & oven and dish washer, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, one double bedroom and one bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, towel rail and vanity unit.

The first floor consists of a communal bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, towel rail and vanity unit and three double bedrooms all with air conditioning (heat and cool). One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large double shower and terrace. Another upstairs bedroom also has its own large terrace complete with a large table and eight chairs.

All of the bedrooms have Zip & Link beds meaning each bedroom can be made up as a double or twin. Further, all bedrooms have a hair dryer and radio alarm clock.

The property has a well established garden and a driveway. There is also ample space outside the villa for additional parking.

There is a private back garden with a 10m x 5m swimming pool which is maintained at a very comfortable 28°C during the summer months. Guests can pay for the pool to be heated outside of the summer months. There is a gated fence around the pool area to prevent small children (so long as adults lock the gate!) from entering the pool area. In addition to the pool, there is an outside shower, covered terrace with seating area and built in BBQ. Sun loungers are also provided.

Casa Sandra has its own 'in house' entertainment system comprising of a widescreen television with video recorder, DVD player, SKY Digital and PlayStation 2 games console.

Bathrobes, slippers, indoor towels and pool/beach towels are all provided for guests. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice a week. There is maid service 5 times a week (Monday to Friday).

Casa Sandra is ideally situated for the nearby beaches of Luz and Burgau, the golf courses at Boavista, Parque da Floresta & Penina and the historic town of Lagos with its many restaurants, bars and shops.
