Full Description: This is a lovely house, located in the central part of the historical town of Balchik. Just 500m from the sandy beach and 500m from the Palace of Queen Maria and the Botanical garden, this beautiful house is based on a quite and cozy street in the heart of the town. So far the house's been rent out every summer season and it is full from middle of June till the middle of September. This house is suitable for a family hotel. On the first floor there are a garage, dining room with an open plan kitchen, corridor, bedroom and another room which at the moment has been used as a winery. There is also a storage room and an outside bathroom with toilet. On the second floor there are two separate apartments: The 1st apartment have a corridor, privet entrance, bathroom with toilet, livingroom and a big bedroom.
